NduLearn is online software for language-exam preparation (TEF Canada, TCF Canada, and IELTS General Training). It is not an official sitting, an examination centre, or an issuer of certified results.
NDUNDECODE PTY LTD provides software only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with IRCC, CCI Paris Île-de-France, France Éducation international, IELTS, or any testing body. Diagnostic, Estimate, and Self-reported labels are not official NCLC, CLB, CEFR, TEF, TCF, or IELTS scores.
You must keep your credentials confidential. One active session per account is permitted. You must be of the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the service, and you may use it only for your own lawful exam preparation.
You retain ownership of your original responses. You grant NDUNDECODE a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and evaluate them solely to operate the service. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access published items during your entitlement window. You do not acquire any ownership of our lessons, item banks, or software. Your original responses are never rewritten after submission.
Free access, paid exam access (a limited-duration window), and estimate top-ups are server-side entitlements. Catalog prices are listed in USD. Because NDUNDECODE is a South African merchant, Paystack settles the charge in South African Rand (ZAR); the Paystack payment page therefore shows ZAR. Your bank may then convert that ZAR amount into your card currency and may add its own FX fee. Payments are processed by Paystack; we do not store your card number. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. There is no pass guarantee and no immigration outcome.
You may not scrape or copy the item banks, run or join cheating schemes, reverse-engineer the service except as permitted by law, upload another person’s personal data, misrepresent a NduLearn Estimate or Diagnostic as an official result, or infringe any third-party rights. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these terms.
Writing and speaking feedback may be produced by automated systems and may be inaccurate. We may use an automated model or a named third-party provider. All such feedback is labelled Estimate only and is never an official result.
We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time, and we may revise these terms by posting an updated version; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NDUNDECODE is not liable for exam outcomes, immigration decisions, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
